Automated classifications, scores, and draft language can be incomplete or wrong for niche deployments. High-impact submissions — especially those touching fundamental rights, safety-critical systems, or high-risk categories — must be validated by qualified legal and technical reviewers before you rely on them externally.

When to escalate immediately
- Potential Article 5 prohibited-practice exposure.
- Cross-border data transfer ambiguity or new subprocessor.
- Unclear Annex III high-risk categorization or conflicting national rules.

Guidance evolves through implementing acts, harmonized standards, codes of conduct, and supervisory interpretations. Always verify the date and provenance of outputs before relying on them in regulated processes; bookmark official sources and re-run assessments when the legal baseline shifts.

Where third-party models or APIs are integrated, their independent terms, privacy notices, and technical constraints may apply in addition to ours. Private Vault mode is designed to give customers greater control over model runtime, data paths, and network boundaries — review your architecture map alongside vendor DPAs.
